- Resumo:
Taking up some fragments of a criminal story as illustration, the theme of violence is herein brought into discussion, within a theoretical reference grounded on Lacanian ideas. Desire and Law confrontation is then highly emphasized depicted from the paternal/symbolic function as an interdicting element of omnipotence fantasy. The effects of omnipotence of such fantasy in its law-breaking character are taken as illusion crystallization of omnipotence in both subject/investigator and subject/investigated. Following that path, it was sought to highlight the ranking of subjectivity in the interpretative process.
